Administration Assistant
Join this well established and highly regarded firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors located in Malvern.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Assisting in the corporate secretarial department
Scanning, filing and profiling of documents
Typing of correspondence
Relief reception
Liaising with accountants and clients
Other ad hoc administration duties

To be successful in this role, you will have strong analytical skills, good communication skills and be able to work harmoniously in a team environment.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working with a reputable Australian accounting firm. Experience with BGL CAS and MYOB AE will be highly regarded.
